Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
Cancellation policy -please read
We are reminding our customers to cancel their appointment or give us a call with at least 4 hours in advance if they cannot make it as this spot can be filled by another customer from our watching list. 
For customers that book 2 or more slots we require a cancellation with at least 6 hours as these slots require more time to be filled. 
If the appointment is not cancelled in a timely manner or customers are late to their appointment, we will require payment for the service. 
If payment is not settled,we add our customer on the suspense list meaning that the customer won't be able to secure an appointment with us until payment is settled.These measures are taken to protect our staff turnover and to keep our business going. Thank you
